The PPP has said that it will file a no-confidence motion in KPK.

PESHAWAR – On Saturday, the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) declared its intention to file a no-confidence motion against the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) administration in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK).

It should be noted that the joint-opposition issued a demand in the National Assembly on March 8 for a no-confidence move against the Prime Minister, which will be voted on after March 27. In Punjab, a no-confidence motion is likely to be introduced.

During a press conference, Najamuddin Khan, President of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, stated that 45 members of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly are in contact with him and will soon bring the no-confidence motion in the province after the centre.

He went on to say that the opposition is on the same page and has resolved to defend the country from an inept government.

He also cautioned PTI members that their followers will respond to any scenario with greater vigour.

The silence of official institutions following the attack on Sindh House in Islamabad was both disappointing and significant, according to Najamuddin Khan.
