Qadir Patel has filed an arrest warrant with the Sindh High Court.

Qadir Patel, a member of the National Assembly (MNA), filed an arrest warrant with the Sindh High Court on Tuesday.

According to reports, the court has declined to give Qadir Patel secured bail. The judge stated that if you are afraid of being arrested, you should seek bail from the Islamabad High Court.

Qadir Patel’s counsel informed the court that Qadir Patel was unable to appear in the ATC owing to political obligations. He further stated that the court should lift his arrest because he is unable to appear in court owing to political obligations.

It is worth noting that on this occasion, the court requested arguments from Qadir Patel’s lawyer on the petition’s admissibility.
