A police officer was slain during a raid on the home of a PTI worker in Lahore

A police officer accepted death during a raid on a Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) worker residence in Lahore’s Model Town sector on Monday night.

Police raided 112-C Model Town, the home of a PTI worker named Sajid, according to DIG Operations, during which the police party was fired upon from the roof.

According to DIG Operations, police constable Kamal Ahmed was shot during the operation and sent to the hospital, where he died from his injuries.
